For more than 25 years, Russell Real Estate Services and our family of affiliates have shared a deep and unwavering commitment to one of our most cherished partnerships — Make-A-Wish Ohio, Kentucky & Indiana. What began as a desire to give back to local children and families has grown into one of the most meaningful chapters of our company’s story. Over the years, our agents, affiliates, leadership, and friends have come together for golf outings, galas, Night at the Races events, and countless other fundraising efforts — all in the name of granting wishes for deserving children facing critical illnesses. In 2021, that collective generosity reached a milestone we are incredibly proud of — Make-A-Wish OKI inducted Russell into the prestigious Chris Greicius Hope Stout Society in recognition of surpassing $1 million in lifetime giving.
The heart behind that milestone runs even deeper. It represents the agents who donated year after year. The affiliates who sponsored events. The friends and family members who bought a raffle ticket or showed up to a gala because they believed in something bigger than themselves. It represents the wishes granted — the children who got to experience something magical because this community chose to show up for them. Our partnership with Make-A-Wish OKI has never been about recognition or accolades. It has always been about the kids. And we are just getting started. The milestones are meaningful, but the wishes granted are what keep us coming back — and we intend to keep showing up for many years to come.
